As a Data Entry Associate, you will support data management and administrative processes by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across internal systems—ensuring data quality, consistency, and confidentiality while collaborating with teams to resolve data-related issues.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good typing speed and ability to work with data efficiently
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM systems or internal databases
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
  • Basic reporting or spreadsheet skills

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues
